By engaging the services of Melina Stylist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered

Melina Stylist offers personal styling services, including but not limited to Style Discovery, Colour Analysis, Wardrobe Edit, Personal Shopping, Style Makeover, Sourcing, Creative Direction for photoshoot, and Fashion Advice.

Consultation and Styling Process

Consultation sessions will be scheduled by appointment. During the consultation, the stylist will assess your preferences, lifestyle, and wardrobe needs. Styling recommendations will be provided based on the information gathered during the consultation.

Fees and Payment

The fees for Melina Stylist services is available in each service page. The fee for personalised package will be communicated to the client during the initial consultation Payment is due in full before any services are rendered.

We accept payments through bank transfer and PayPal.

We offer an optional payment plan in all services. Full payment is due before any services is concluded.

All fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel please provide at least 72 hours notice. If you need to reschedule an appointment please provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation or reschedule fee.

Confidentiality

Melina Stylist will keep all client information confidential, including personal details and style preferences. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Liability

While every effort will be made to provide accurate and beneficial styling advice, Melina Stylist does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Melina Stylist is not responsible for any purchases made by the client that is not based on the stylist's recommendations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their own personal shopping and purchasing decisions. Clients are encouraged to provide honest feedback and communicate openly with the stylist throughout the process.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to style guides, recommendations, and other materials provided by Melina Stylist, are protected by copyright. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell in any materials provided without prior written consent.

Termination of Services

Melina Stylist reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Melina Stylist may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
