Hello! I'm Melina Silva

With over eight years of experience in the fashion industry, studying at London College of Style, Belas Artes de São Paulo, I have built my career across creative development, fashion production, styling and retail management, participating in fashion weeks in Brazil and London. Each step shaped not only my technical expertise, but my understanding of how image influences presence and perception.

Fashion has always been part of my story, a passion inherited from the women in my family and a natural form of self-expression since childhood. Over time, that passion evolved into a deeper purpose: helping women align their presence with who they are becoming.

As a personal stylist, my work goes far beyond clothing. It is about understanding where you are in your journey and where you are stepping next.

I believe style is not about trends or surface transformations. It is about translating your values, confidence and creative intelligence into a visual language that feels natural and intentional. My mission is to guide ambitious women in aligning their image with their next level, so they stop second-guessing, feel themselves again, and step into every room with clarity and authority.

Over the years, working closely with women navigating demanding careers and evolving identities, I began to notice a recurring pattern. Many of them had wardrobes full of clothes, yet still felt disconnected from their personal style. Their lives had evolved, but their wardrobes had not evolved with them.

I realised that what they needed was not simply styling advice, but a thoughtful process to reconnect their identity with the way they present themselves. This insight became the foundation of the D.R.E.S.S. Method™, the framework that now guides every Style Rediscovery Experience.
